Weekend
For June though October weekend rates apply on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Minimum Stays
A two night stay is required during June though October. Rates & minimum stay may vary for holidays and special events. Call for details.
DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS
100% deposit is required for one-night stays. A 50% deposit is required for two nights or longer stays. Deposits will be refunded only if notice is received by 14 days prior to the intended date of arrival. This does not include extended stays. A refund service charge of $25.00 per room will be deducted from the deposit. We understand that situations may arise and cancellation may be necessary, and we will try to rebook the room in which case a partial refund may be possible.
Rates
Rates are subject to change without notice. A 9.7% state and local room tax applies
Daily rate for an additional person in a room is $35.00

We have a small dog and 2 cats. However we cannot accommodate your pets.
We are a Non-Smoking Inn, However smoking is permitted outside on the patio or grounds.
